R contrib packages.

Some of the packages here are meanwhile (with maybe higher version numbers) at 
CRAN:

  packages ash, sgeostat, akima

as well as

  package entropy which has been renamed into edesign (somewhere in 2009)

The other packages (rgeostat, baykrig and kdesign) are still not CRAN ready 
because of their strange interdependencies (they use some common Fortran code 
in a non portable manner), also pvmkrige is not finally tested and needs some 
rework.
